Non‑returnable items
- Digital products and downloadable PDFs are non‑refundable.
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
- Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted for supplier‑fulfilled items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the issue was our fault.
